Candidate will possess skills in simple electrical and plumbing. Vacuuming, shampooing, and pulling carpet, cleaning bathrooms, some window cleaning, and trash removal. occasional lawn work and snow removal may be needed.
We are looking for an honest, reliable, and trustworthy person who is able to work with the elderly in an apartment setting. We offer flexible hours, but must be able to carry the on-call cell phone every other weekend in case of emergencies. (with extra pay) Laid back environment. Ideal for a retired person looking for extra income. Pay is very competitive based on your experience.
