Progressive dairy farm located in Theresa, WI, has an opening available for an Ag Mechanic. Work in a new spacious shop as an assistant in the maintenance and repairs of tractors and equipment. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of operating tractors and other farm equipment. Additional duties may be added based on individuals talents and growth. Seasonal field work is expected with longer but flexible hours. To be successful, must be positive, working well with others, but also able to complete tasks with minimum supervision. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required, CDL license a plus. Competitive pay is based on experience with semi-annual reviews and opportunity for raises.
