Position Title: Line Lead
Wage: $16.00/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor scheduled assignment of work personnel and suggest adjustments as needed
- Organize production flow
- Keep line stocked with production components
- Monitor performance and assist in development of assembly team
- Conduct daily quality checks
- Maintain daily 5S sanitation and safety standards
- Implement company safety training programs
- Perform physical inventories as scheduled
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year of Lean manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of hand tools
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Excellent attendance
