Process weekly payroll for salary and hourly employees accurately and timely.
Oversee salary changes, deductions, bonus, PTO payouts/accumulations, department changes, and benefits.
Process union dues and payout dues to the union accurately and timely.
Track all LOA’s (FMLA, Workmen’s Comp.) and code them correctly in payroll system
Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
Create and maintain payroll SOP’s.
Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
Performing account balance and payroll reconciliations.
Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes.
Provide job trainings and mentor team members.
Analyze payroll issues and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain employee payroll records.
New Hire onboarding.
Benefits orientation and enrollment.
Backup for front desk and HR Generalist
Other duties as assigned by HR Manager/Director.
