Operator Production Packaging

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Come join HARIBO of America's first ever North

American factory! Located on-site in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, the

Machine Operator will be responsible for running and maintaining

department production and/or packaging equipment safely and efficiently.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Machine Operator will set up and

operate machinery and processes in their assigned area, assuring

compliance to all quality, environmental and cost standards. The Machine

Operator will partner with support functions to identify and resolve

unplanned downtime events, quality, safety, cost, and other losses

attributed to the area, using problem solving techniques and a

continuous improvement mindset. The ideal Machine Operator will have

three years' experience in machine operation in a food manufacturing

environment. The original and iconic HARIBO Goldbears, created in 1922,

including tanks, vats, boilers, and kettles, to prepare product for

thedownstream operations. Resolve any changes in product flow, equipment

malfunctions, shortages or deviations. May check and inspectpackages for

correct dates, codes, weights and cut lines. Ensure machine is supplied
