G3 Industries, Inc. located in Mosinee, WI (Wausau area) is looking for a number of hardworking, and safe individuals to join our manufacturing team. Positions available on 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts.
The selected candidates will be eligible for a full benefits package to include: health, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, Aflac and 401(k); after 60 days of employment and one (1) week of paid vacation after 90 days of employment.

Principle Duties and Areas of Responsibility:
ï´ Responsible for machining, assembling, handling products, equipment and materials per Method of Manufacturing and the Quality Procedures.
ï´ Must run production according to schedules, unless instructed otherwise.
ï´ Must perform Quality Checks with the use of gauges and visual inspection during specified time periods while running production.
ï´ Demonstrate ability to safely operate various machines.
ï´ Must be able to read and understand Travelers / Job routings.
ï´ Read and understand basic blueprints.
ï´ Report labor, rework, and scrap directly in Vantage computer operating system.
ï´ Perform or identify with any operator maintenance on the machine in use.
ï´ Ability to perform repetitious tasks, occasionally subject to frequent changes in job assignment as requested by Department Lead.
ï´ Work on rapid improvement projects to improve departmental metrics as required to maximize value and reduce costs along with continuous improvement of product and process quality in all areas.
ï´ Other tasks as needed.
Skills and Abilities:
ï´ Manufacturing production
ï´ Must be able to lift up to 25lbs continuously.
ï´ Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day
ï´ Must be self-motivated.
ï´ Basic computer skills and knowledge helpful.
