YES JCB, a division of Yes Equipment & Services, Inc. is looking for a customer service friendly individual to carry out day-to-day office duties which will include:
Answering incoming phone calls from customers
Generating work orders in the system and typing quotes for the customer to review
Calling customers to get quotes approved
Keeping an accurate log of incoming repairs
Closing out work orders once repair work is complete and billing to the customer
Knowledge of our industry and mechanical knowledge is a plus, but not required. If you have service writer experience in the automotive industry, please feel free to submit your resume, as your mechanical aptitude would be a good fit for the company.
