Mandel Group is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their team in the Milwaukee, WI area.

This is a critical role responsible for overseeing The North End, Mandel’s largest community with 650 apartments, retail space and a team of 15 dedicated associates.

What you will do:

Create marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases;

Coordinate and manage resident move-ins / move-outs including processing applications;

Exceed resident expectations with high quality customer service;

Foster and develop an excellent team at your site;

Coordinate and oversee operations at the property including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc.;

Provide creative programs/events for residents to enjoy at their community;

Monitor the building performance, leasing velocity, market trends, and property budget noting any and all issues or concerns;

Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the management company and investors.

Work closely with the Senior Maintenance Supervisor, Vice Presidents and your Portfolio Manager to maximize property performance and serve residents.
