We are looking for experienced caretaker(s) (can be single person or team) wanted for ON-SITE apartment manager position for 16 unit building. Building is all 1 bedroom apartments.
Located on the border of Wauwatosa, Butler and Milwaukee. Building is very clean, quiet and meticulously maintained.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Cleaning common areas inside and out
-Coordinate unit turnovers
-Shoveling/salting walkways in winter
-Mowing grass in warmer months
-Tenant relations
-Small repairs and repair know how (must have own tools)
-Show apartments to prospective tenants
-Be on call for any emergencies
The main duties of the caretakers is to keep the property looking good, handle maintenance requests, small repairs and show apartments.
