Part-time help sought for an established, multi-office, professional commercial appraisal firm. Primary need is with research, and limited narrative report writing, using a prescribed template. Primary tools include Word and Excel. Must have medium to advanced literacy in web-based research, work efficiently with attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important. Some prior experience in commercial real estate is required. Initial training provided to acclimate and familiarize with the templates. This is a remote-work opportunity (unrelated to covid-19) with flexible hours. Work is project-based with clear deadlines, providing work flexibility around how you meet each deadline. Compensation is also project-based (rather than dollar-per-hour or salaried). This positions supports one to three senior commercial appraisers and your priorities will be provided. Our need comes from expansion rather than turnover.
