Day to Day Responsibilities for this position include:

- Performing Insight Nervous System Scans (Unique technology that tells us how each patient’s body is functioning- training will be provided. Think of this as a test that would be performed by a medical assistant or nurse in a medical setting).

- Creating an exceptional experience for each and every patient in our office (scheduling, phone calls, care and connection).

- Operational assistance. Day to day assisting our operations manager with creating, documenting, and implementing systems. Organizing and overseeing projects.

- Computer tasks (data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, manual creation, inter-office communication etc.).

- Educating patients about the health and wellness benefits of regular Chiropractic care (training will be provided).

This is a part-time position with hours as follows:

Monday, Wednesday: 8:30 AM- 6:30 PM

Tuesday: 1-6:30 PM

Thursday: 8 AM- 6:30 PM

Occasional Saturdays (at most 1x/month) from 8:30-11:30 AM

A one hour lunch will be provided Mon, Wed, and Thurs.

Hourly wage dependent upon experience and qualifications.
