Job Description
ï This positions primary function is to provide high quality cleaning services for new tenants moving in to rented facilities at apartments, multi-unit facilities or single-family homes in a timely manner to support leasing teams deadlines
Position Details
ï Responsible for cleaning common areas in full detail
ï Primary cleaning areas in Milwaukee and Waukesha county
ï Types of facilities to be cleaned apartments, multi-unit facilities, single family homes
ï Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces
ï Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors
ï Using vacuuming equipment, vacuums and cleans carpets, perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed
ï Disposing of trash from bins and containers
ï Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed
ï Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms
ï Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
ï Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
ï Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products
ï Keeping all public spaces neat and tidy Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job
Job Requirements
ï Ability to follow verbal directions
ï Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team
ï Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
ï Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills
ï Pays attention to detail when cleaning Organized and able to follow a schedule
ï High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience; or knowledge, skills, and mental ability equivalent to 2 years of high school education
ï Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long
lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift 25 to 30 pounds
ï General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning
ï Able to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays
ï Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
