Experience in residential electrical systems
Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints
Pulling electrical wiring through conduit
Terminating electrical panels, set fixtures, outlets and various electrical devices
Installing and connecting wires to circuit breakers, transformers, outlets or other components and systems
Capable of panel upgrades/replacement, partial rewires and new installation
Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
Working knowledge of electrical principals, codes, design and distribution
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to manage material estimates.
Demonstrate strong leadership and pre-planning abilities.
Successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician
Experience finding and repairing faults in electrical apparatus and circuits.
Ability to verify compliance and functionality of installations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The employee may require the ability to do the following:
Lift 50 lbs. from ground and pull 50 lbs. of force.
Perform ladder climbing, wire pulling and conduit pulling.
Fully squat, stoop or kneel while wearing a 25 lb. tool belt.
Maintain a standing position for long periods of time while performing repetitive actions such as grasping or manipulating wires.
Work off of ladders, man lifts or reach booms
Flexibility to Work In Attics and Crawlspaces
A variety of weather conditions including cold, snow, rain, heat, etc.
High noise levels
