Part time residential property manager for a 155-unit apartment complex on westside Madison near Hilldale. 20 hours per week with flexible schedule. Must be computer literate, property mgmt software, possess good organizational and communication skills with a positive attitude. Having some property mgmt experience a plus but not required.
