Batch Bakehouse is hiring a retail manager to lead our front-of-house staff in providing a safe and friendly experience for our customers.
Responsibilities include: scheduling; working and supervising most retail shifts (soon open Wed - Sun); training new retail staff; organizing retail pre-orders for pickup; organizing labels for all items in our retail case, maintaining our POS system (Square); communicating with back-of-house vis-a-vis orders and product; working well with other bakery managers; etc.
Applicants should have retail experience, management experience, and ideally experience in the food industry.
Starting pay is $18/hour PLUS tips with benefits including health care provided at 2 months of full-time employment. Initial hours will be 30+/week with an anticipated switch to full-time salary after a training period is completed.
