This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday

The Director position has a role in the following areas of the center and program:

Financial Growth & Profitability

Operations, Licensing and Accreditation

Lead and Manage Staff

Family Experience & Satisfaction

Cleaning and Sanitation

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, business, psychology, social work, marketing or similar disciplines; or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, or working towards this.

Minimum 5 years in a management position.

Completion of the following: Lead Teacher Qualification; Additionally, in this role, the Administrative Credential must be completed within three years of accepting position if minimum accreditation qualifications have not been met.

CPR/First Aid Certified.

Minimum 2 years of childcare/teaching experience required

Ability to create a positive work culture and support teachers in their development
