Maintenance Technician - Apartments Onalaska and Holmen

We are searching for an experienced, class “A” MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join our family! If you are someone who exemplifies our core values and will enjoy the opportunity to experience what we have to offer in Holmen/Onalaska, then we want you!
1 - 3 years’ experience in Multi-family property management or related industry required. We will consider someone who has been exposed to many skills with a general contractor or handyman service. Strong skill sets, please apply! Hard working person, able to follow directions. Experience with residential maintenance i.e. Carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and lawn care snow removal. Candidate should have good organizational skills and must practice good safety habits.
HVAC and Good mechanical aptitude a plus
Position requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED
Computer (Rentec) Experience a Plus
Proficient in completion of apartment turns
On-call rotation and some weekends.
Flexible schedule
Valid D/L required
Your day will include:
Regular huddles to keep work moving and the team on track
Maintaining grounds
Completion of various service requests from residents – our company is award- winning in customer service, we need a strong team player
Helping each other out on the team
Regular completion of apartment turns including cleaning, drywall repair, and appliance repair/replacement; get units back to terrific condition, in a fast paced environment.
This position requires personal contact with apartment residents and a high level of efficiency in all aspects of maintenance operations. You must be able to work as part of a team and independently with minimum supervision.
