This position will Assist in the development and improvement of the master menu and coordinate menu substitutions. Attend managers meetings and menu board meetings. Supervise operations day to day. Manage and direct employees within the dining facility / field facility to ensure all tasks are to the standard. Observe and oversee food preparation, and food conservation. Conduct sanitation inspections, weekly training, key control, and inventories.
This position requires a minimum of one year management experience in food service, a high school or equivalent diploma, and Serv-safe / sanitation certification.
