Small business owner seeking a Key assistant
Must be eager and willing to learn the following; common hand tools, general maintenance procedures of trucks, tractors, and construction related equipment, occasional construction crew assistance. Occasional pier and boat maintenance repair, must be comfortable around the water. This is a part time position that could lead into a full time position.
21 years old-high school grad
Must have a valid state driver's license
Must enjoy office work and organizing skills are a must
Comfortable with computers
Basic English/math and spelling skills neat handwriting (Note taking is a must )
Adapt/be comfortable working in different weather/work environments
Enjoy outdoors
Comfortable around water
Comfortable with today's form of communications (texting)
Comfortable around Dogs ( 2 Aussies are in shops and office daily)
