We have openings at our Whitewater, WI location for part time assembly work in a manufacturing environment. We offer very flexible scheduling YOU pick the days and shifts you can work!
Employees will be required to operate equipment safely and efficiently.While ensuring the assembly of quality goods, the candidate will have to work according to work instructions. Individuals must adhere to the objectives of both safety and environmentally Lean production while performing duties in the work place.
Responsibilities:
Operation of machinery and material set-up
Produce quality products while meeting expected goals
Follow standard work of processes to complete tasks safely and efficiently
Must be mature, detail-oriented and safety-driven individual
Process-driven to complete tasks from beginning to end
Organization to maintain a workable space
Work in both a team atmosphere, as well in a self-propelled setting
Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years old and possess basic reading, writing, mathematical, and computer skills
Strong interpersonal and decision making skills, along with the ability to work alone, or within a team setting
Physical requirement of being able to lift 60 pounds, bend, squat, kneel, reach overhead, push, pull walk, and stand for long periods of time
Must be able to work in a repetitive motion while standing for entire shift and have a clean attendance record
Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to dust, loud noise, normal manufacturing industry qualities
Pre-Employment Background Check and Drug Screen is required prior to hire
Shift Availability:
Monday through Friday shifts (mix & match based on your schedule)-
7am to 11am
11am to 3pm
4pm to 8pm
8pm to 12am
