Kelly Services Inc. is looking for a Temp-to-Hire, Part-Time Financial Agent Recruiter in Green Bay for a local wealth management company. This company focuses on selling life insurance, retirement planning, trust services and financial business solutions and is growing, therefore needs more agents. That's where this role comes in!
An individual in this position would be calling both licensed agents and candidates from outside of the industry to recruit them to become agents for the firm.
An ideal candidate:
-Ability to quickly learn financial and insurance terminology and licensing requirements.
-Comfortable scheduling interview times within Outlook
-Organized and keeps good notes
-Comfortable making high volume outbound calls
-Strong verbal (phone) and written communication skills
