Maintains property performance by advertising & filling vacancies, implementing property policy and rules, leading a team of individuals to maintain the premise.
Property Manager Job Duties:
Apartment Leasing Delivering property performance by advertising, showing, & filling vacancies.
Maintenance Maintaining property upkeep by leading a team of individuals to consistently deliver quality in unit turns & curb appeal.
Tenant Relations Maximizing tenant satisfaction by solving tenant work orders & complaints.
Expense Management Ensuring property stability by authorizing property expenses.
Online Paperwork Administer and audit tenant documents using online property management software.
Late Rents Minimizing property delinquencies by tenant follow up, negotiation, & action.
