Responsible for supervising the warehousing of product used at customer sites. Provides leadership to those under his/her direction. Supervise and train fulfillment center staff.
Ensure that we meet/exceed customer expectations for timely delivery of the highest quality products, utilizing good general business practices that are in full compliance with any state or federal requirements.
Primary Duties:
1. Manage the efficient flow of purchased products from warehouse, route drivers until ultimate delivery to customer
2. Maintain Fulfilment Center Lightspeed System in relation to product database, use the available reporting, and train warehouse employees to operate the program.
3. Supervise warehouse, including managing product inventory and supervising all warehouse employees
4. Assist in schedule warehouse staff to meet business needs.
5. Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training new warehouse employees.
6. Conduct end of month inventory reconciliation and periodic physical inventory or cycle counts
7. Verify the accuracy of completed work by warehouse staff.
8. Use multiple software programs including: Vendmax, 365 Smart HQ, Lightspeed, and MS Office
9. Lead by example to create an environment where I and all team members under my direction are focused on serving and supporting the needs of internal and external customers collaboratively, effectively and efficiently.
10. Guide team members to learn from successes and failures for continued growth and improvement.
11. Lead by example demonstrating integrity and high ethical behavior in all interactions and decisions made on behalf of BE'S Refreshments
12. Conduct employee reviews.
13. Work hours as needed to meet full scope of job responsibilities
14. Assist picking orders that are produced by Vendmax and Light Speed software including bulk beverages, beverage POS, snacks bins on picking line, cooler and frozen items, ect. Pick any other orders as assigned.
15. Able to generate reports and operate Vendmax, Lightspeed System, & 365 Smart HQ programs.
16. Able to operate PC, IPad, and handheld devices.
17. Receive and verify all incoming product deliveries and freight.
18. Assist and verify that all products are rotated, and stock products received.
19. Operate forklift, electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, etc.
Oversee and maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse facility including all areas internal and external.
21. Wash company vehicles.
22. And all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1. Relevant prior experience
2. Demonstrated skill in managing employees providing guidance and instruction at all levels
3. High degree of honesty and integrity, able to work independently, exercise good judgment and take initiative with minimal direction and oversight
4. Proven ability to work well in a team environment and evidence of collaborative skills to successfully complete projects
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attentive and timely in responses
6. Good follow up and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously without getting flustered
7. Collaborative and cooperative work style internally and externally with a "can do" attitude
8. Excellent problem solver who sees solutions instead of obstacles
9. Familiarity with MS Office software and strong computer skills
10. Valid driver's license
11. Excellent attendance record
Physical Requirements:
1. Able to walk regularly around the warehouse floor, office areas, and customer locations including climbing steps and also occasionally climbing on a ladder
2. Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
3. Able to bend, squat, sit and stand
4. Able to sit in office chair working on computer or written assignments for several hours at a time
