Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree in human resources and 1 year or less of experience, or equivalent. Additional HR training or experience with an emphasis on recruiting is a plus.
Skills necessary for success include¦¦
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS system and comfortable learning new technical system as needed
