Skills/Qualifications:
Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Telephone, typing, administrative writing and documentation skills required. Position focuses on verbal communication and customer service. Applicant will interact with tenants/customers on a daily basis. Attention to detail is required. Must be able to multitask and problem solve.
Assistant Job Duties:
Serves customers by answering telephone, forwarding messages to appropriate staff member, and answering walk-in tenant questions.
Perform lease signings and renewals.
Collect rents and security deposits.
Variety of administrative duties including letter writing, obtaining information from a computer, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Forwarding and collecting information by receiving and distributing communications and mailing correspondence.
Dealing with tenant concerns and handling problems daily.
Must be able to work with professionals as well as students.
