Responsible for the design, drafting, and production of drawings as well as sales materials for all company projects required at the various stages of the company’s sale processes in regards to preliminary sales layout, a final agreement layout, and detailed installation drawings for company installation department, project builder as well as all contractors involved. This would be using Autocad and Google Sketchup.
Responsible for assisting and communicating directly with the sales department, installation department, builder, general manager, and the customer in all details of the estimates, design, production of project drawings as well as the installation of the project.
Responsible for the development of a project time-logging document and maintaining recordings for all project design, drafting, and management time for each project.
Responsible for creating and maintaining a company installation schedule calendar as well as individual project installation schedules for all projects that would include all contractors involved in the project.
Responsible for other sales support projects or the assistance in the improvement of other sales support projects including but not limited to, company sales literature, company website, social media, standard bid documents, and any other company sales documentation.
Responsible for performing in other areas of the company in regards to customer service, general office duties, inventory control, project estimates, project ordering, project staging, project installation, project start up and documentation, and project billing.
Ag experience (dairy) is preferred (worked/lived on a dairy farm), construction is also preferred.
Motivated desire to come to work and improve themselves.
Organized and detailed (time management and structured).
Able and willing to be self-taught (we will provide direction, but individual needs the desire to learn).
Great communication skills, open in personally, and adapt to fellow employees and customers.
Project management skills a plus.
