Human Resources Specialist
Summit Dental Consulting is seeking a full-time Human Resource Specialist to add to their team.
This individual will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, with an emphasis in recruitment, FMLA, onboarding, worker’s comp, COVID tracking and other admin duties.
Qualified candidates will have a strong track record of working independently and a proven ability as a self-motivated, detail-oriented, results-driven team member. Must have the ability and passion to create a professional recruiting experience, and demonstrate expertise in using recruiting/networking tools. Ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or Business Management and/or Human Resources or Recruitment experience. Travel is required.
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
