Job Description
Daniel's Health is opening a brand new position for a customer service oriented individual. The position is a Field Service Representative role in the Eau Claire/ Chippewa areas.
This is a part time opportunity with a flexible schedule 3 days per week!
This position is responsible for the inspection and servicing of all products within their assigned hospital or medical center. In addition, they will be responsible for maintaining adequate on hand inventory levels, as well as performing as the first line of customer service related to the organization.
Field Service Representative will team up daily with route driver to service multiple customer locations on a predetermined schedule and will be responsible for customer-facing container exchanges.
Responsibilities:
-Arrive at scheduled account on time, in neat and clean assigned uniform
-Maintain adequate on hand stock
-Check in and out (and build relationships) with Lab Staff at arrival/departure
-Timely responses to Customer-issued pagers/phones
-Ensure staging area is neat and orderly; ensure all delivery equipment is in good working order;report issues accordingly.
-Ensure approved Marketing and Education materials are properly placed throughout Customer facility
-Check and service containers throughout Campuses according to Daily Service Schedule
-Ensure all containers that are indicated as 'FULL' are changed immediately
-Understand customer collection & census cycles, and develop ability to anticipate container exchange needs at 3/4+ level
-Properly utilize internal delivery carts, place orders, and receive shipments on assigned days
-Report any cracked or broken containers or loose or broken brackets or accessories to manager immediately and ensure resolution
-Communicate routinely and build relationships with Lab Managers and Department Staff
-Proactively communicate with manager regarding daily status and any concerns
-Travel daily in route truck alongside driver to all applicable off sites or satellite facilities as scheduled, needed or required to perform same operations as listed here
-Before leaving Customer facility, ensure staging area is again neat and orderly. Be sure no containers are outside of approved transporters or delivery carts.
