Plan, layout, wire electrical components, assembles sub-assemblies and assemblies of electrical and mechanical components on a non-repetitive basis to build units.
Reads and wires point to point
Working knowledge of pneumatic and electrical hand tools along with crimpers, air guns, and screwdrivers
Ability to operate a forklift
Prior blueprint reading needed
Excellent attention to detail needed
Ability to sit and stand in one place for periods of time
Good dexterity, good attitude, willing to learn
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds. If lifting and/or moving more than 25 pounds, a lifting device is used and or the help of another employee. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
First & 2nd Shifts Available (Second shift positions = (4/10 hr days + 8% shift premium)
Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
