Destinations RV, Inc. seeks a service writer to work in Neenah, WI. Our family owned dealership is part of Wisconsin's largest RV Dealer Group. The Warranty Advisor's main responsibilities will be: obtaining authorization for warranty work, submitting warranty work to the manufacturers for approval and payment, and ensuring payment is received for warranty work.

ï Willingness to assist other departments
ï Excellent ability to communicate with customers and remain calm and poised in difficult situations
ï Self-motivated, for example:
ï Drive to stay up to date with manufacturer recalls, service updates and stay informed without direction from others, including management
ï Good computer knowledge - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, ability to use and post to the internet, ability to learn new systems
ï Good typing skills
ï Efficient in managing work load
