Evergreen North America is a leading provider of environmental and industrial cleaning solutions to the downstream and midstream energy sectors. We are leaders in each of our respective service lines, including Vapor Control, Chemical Cleaning, Tank Cleaning, Water Treatment, Vacuum Services, Hydroblasting, Hydroexcavation, and Industrial Logistics & Transportation. We currently have an opening for Business Development Manager out of our West Virgina Branch.

Duties

  • Manage select accounts/relationships in target industries and geographies.
  • Generate new and expand existing business opportunities with key clients.
  • Create proposals, procure contracts (MSA’s and PO’s), and lead efforts in pricing negotiations.
  • Communicate key issues, market information, and area sales strategies.
  • Work closely with Location Manager(s), Operations Manager, and Vice President of Sales on sales opportunities.
  • Develop and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and bid proposals for key accounts and, as needed, support this need for other accounts.
  • Provide Clients with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Salesforce.com as primary system that will be used for documenting and tracking all business development activities. Salesforce.com training will be provided.
  • Must be able to conduct presentations, formulate bids and proposals, and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Mentor the area Sales Team.
  • Communicates all business opportunities (e.g. bids, quotes, proposals, and pricing inquiries) with Location Manager(s) and Vice President of Sales.
  • Collaborate on marketing events and activities in conjunction with the Business Development Coordinator, Location Manager(s), and Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Requirements:Educational: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related discipline

Work Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales, sales management, and/or Business Development

Computer Skills: Strong in MS Office

Willingness to travel within the defined sales territory.
