JOB SUMMARY
Working collaboratively with the SaverLife Partnerships Associate and Campaign Manager, you will support the successful launch and outreach efforts of SaverLife Campaigns in Johnstown, PA and Bluefield, West Virginia. SaverLife Campaigns increase savings rates and boost financial well-being in specific markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Campaign Implementation 80%
Conduct in-person trainings, orientations, and webinars about SaverLife for community-based organizations, government officials, local employers, and financial institutions
Serves as on-the-ground point of contact for community members and organizations, supporting the Partnerships Associate in responding to inquiries and requests for information
Coordinate with local leaders, community organizations, and SaverLife to plan local launch events in 2020
Identify opportunities to attend local events to build SaverLife presence in Bluefield and Johnstown
Represent SaverLife at local coalition meetings, including the Johnstown Tax Team Coalition
Campaign Marketing-20%
Identify creative opportunities to make SaverLife ubiquitous in Johnstown and Bluefield
Promote SaverLife and assist local partners in driving sign-ups with their clients and/or customers
Disseminate marketing messages and materials to partners as necessary and align digital marketing strategies to help reach SaverLife goals
WHO YOU ARE
You are extremely collaborative and able to build and foster relationships with stakeholders up and across partners including senior leadership.
You are a clear, concise and thoughtful communicator who can both listen and convey ideas, plans and processes confidently.
You are able to spot opportunities and challenges and enjoy considering ways to move forward when the path forward is not immediately clear.
You must be up for taking on and leading projects or diving into new workstreams including proactively suggesting new projects to work on themselves based on business needs.
You must be extremely detail oriented and someone who asks questions, pays attention and can make a conscious effort to understand causes instead of just the effects.
You like to travel and are willing to travel between Johnstown, PA and Bluefield, WV as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of marketing and/or project management experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, G Suite
Commitment to SaverLifes mission and compassion for those SaverLife serves
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
OUR OFFER AND COMMITMENT
This is a six (6) month contract from December 2019 to May 2020 with the hourly wage for this position is $25-30/hour.
