Established management company seeking part time maintenance technician for apartment homes in Fairmont, WV. This would be a position for approximately 25 hours per week. Payrate based off experience. We are flexible on hours worked. Duties to include light carpentry, some grounds keeping, minor painting, maintenance, minor electrical and plumbing repairs and light cleaning. Some on call duties required.
