Progressive, award-winning builder in Jefferson County WV seeks to add skilled carpenters to our field crew. We are not a turnkey builder. We use Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) to build energy efficient building envelopes, including those for Net Zero, Passive House, and off-grid projects. Only applicants with solid carpentry skills will be considered for employment and training.
You must be comfortable with heights. Our crews occasionally travel short periods of time away from home and we provide generous travel pay. You must have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle.
Pay is negotiable and based on experience and performance. Tier Bonus Structure includes: Paid training with multiple certifications, paid holidays, and paid vacation.
