Paint Crew Manager position Open.
Experience required:
Must own basic professional paint tools.
Must have drivers license and clean driving record.
Must have knowledge as to how to start, and finish basic painting projects.
Must be willing to travel when needed. Some projects require overnight stays for up to 4 nights in a row.
Must have management experience and references.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must have Smart Phone/Technology experience. Email/Text/Attachments/Documents
Must have or be able to acquire checking account. Payroll is Direct Deposit only
Interviews will be conducted by appointment.
Manager is responsibilities:
Paint operations both on interior and exterior projects.
Driving work vans/trucks
Loading vans/trucks with necessary equipment for project.
Interviewing and training new staff members.
Navigation to projects.
Managing labor budgets.
Provide production feedback to company owner.
Provide updates as needed on progress of projects.
Additional responsibilities
Pay rate starting at $20 per hour.
