A real estate firm is looking for a reliable, honest, professional and skilled person to handle maintenance for is rental properties in, and around, Martinsburg and Charles Town. Honesty and integrity is critical as we will entrust you to work directly with the tenants on repair issues, move-ins, move-outs. etc. We are looking for an organized and responsive person with good communication skills. Ideal person has broad expertise including drywall, painting, plumbing, minor electrical, etc. Must have their own tools and transportation. Candidate must have experience and references. Background check required.
