We are seeking a part time recruiter to work 40 hours per month (you can split it up how you please) to help recruit IT candidates for government contracts we are on. The recruiter should have 6 months+ experience recruiting technology candidates as well as having experience placing candidates on government contracts. Experience with Dice, Linkedin, Indeed, and HubSpot a plus.
Elicere, Inc. is a small business HUBZone government contracting company, and because of this, 35% of our staff must reside in a HUBZone. The candidate for this position must follow this rule. This position pays an hourly rate of $15/hr. plus bonus for placements. This position does not offer benefits. The maximum amount of hours per month shall not exceed 40. Please submit your resume and home address (so we can verify your HUBZone location).
Our company is located in Washington DC but we are open to you working from home. The principals of the business are very familiar with Pochontas County and spend a lot of time there in the summer and winter.
