JOB DUTIES include, but not limited to:
-Typing, answering phones, emails, filing, faxing and other administrative duties as assigned
-Processing eligibility certifications
-Assisting Property Manager with processing confidential paperwork
-Conducting unit inspections on site
-Maintaining and tracking completion of work orders for occupied and vacant units
-Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum Education required - High school diploma or equivalent
-Some experience working in an office setting is highly desirable
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
-Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
-Must be well-organized
Must be able to work assigned schedule (Monday Friday 8:30a 5:30p)
