Guide House Grill, a thriving new locally owned restaurant and craft cocktail bar in Knoxville MD, is now recruiting servers to join our team. Candidates who possess a sense of humor, can juggle egos, and have the ability to make "hangry" people love you even when you want to scream are most definitely encouraged to apply. Seriously though, our little restaurant handles a tremendous amount of volume, so applicants must be able to thrive in an intense, fast paced environment while retaining a working knowledge of all food and bar products and delivering top notch hospitality. Pay is based on experience. Promotion to bar is a possibility for the right personality and work ethic.
