They must use sound judgment and diplomacy as the first interface of Radiology Services with the patients and unit personnel. They will work between the departments of Radiology Services to assist those departments in the timely delivery of service. They will interface daily with physicians, nursing staff, and technologists to insure quality services and continuum of care.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:1. High school graduate or equivalent2.3.EXPERIENCE:1. Medical/clerical backgroundPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:1. Prefer some college and/or knowledge of medical terminology and the computerEXPERIENCE:1. Prefer CNA or patient care experience.2. Prefer one (1) year experience in patient care.
