JustTech is actively seeking a highly motivated technical individual with excellent communication & organizational skills for an entry level Technical Analyst position for the Huntington, WV Tri-State area. This individual would join our team, receive training and development to provide network technical support for Xerox multi function printers to JustTech s customers.
JustTech is a technology company based in La Plata MD with print & IT services offered in 5 states. Currently at over 3,000 clients, we manage thousands of multi function copiers & printers making over 10 million copies/prints each month. Position Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skill both oral and written
Mechanically and technically inclined
Desire and ability to learn copier/printer set-up, maintenance, and repair
Drivers license and the ability to be insured
Ability to deliver presentations to small groups
Excellent time management skill and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must have strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage their own schedule and adhere to schedules.
Must possess the ability and determination to complete tasks.
Position Desirable s:
Understanding of commonly used office software applications and
Basic networking principles.
Windows Desktop and MAC OS.
Onsite and/or remote troubleshooting.
Understanding of computing and networking protocols and standards.
Excellent time management skill and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
