Job brief:
Your ultimate goal is to provide our customers with a great overall dining experience. Being able to multitask is essential because you will be faced with several tasks at once; understanding the workflow will help you put these tasks in order. Having a positive attitude is required to keep a good work environment going for you and your peers. Being able to work and communicate well with co-workers is crucial for your success.
Responsibilities:
-Making sure all tables are clean and organized for when guests arrive.
-You will need to be attentive to new guests as they arrive.
-responsibly practice all sanitary, safety and alcoholic beverage policies
-Taking customers orders
-carrying food trays
-Being able to guide guests through menu options to assure they are getting the order they want
being able to operate our POS (Point of Sale)
-learning menu and drink menu
-Performing basic cleaning tasks are instructed by management
-Helping out your co-workers when in need. Whether the be a server, host, busser. chip runner or expo.
Requirements:
-High school diploma/GED required
-Must be able to work on your feet all-day
-Strong customer service skills required
-Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform a plus
-Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $15,000.00 to $30,000.00 /year
