Responsibilities

Aurora Flight Sciences is seeking an experienced and highly skilled program manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing program management tools, processes, and methods specifically tailored to Aurora's Aerosystems production programs. You will work closely with program managers to deploy these tools and ensure their successful implementation throughout the organization. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our operational capabilities by managing and optimizing our processes, tools, and methodologies to meet stringent industry standards and drive continuous improvement.
