Financial / Administrative Manager

Master Service Corporation has an immediate opening for a Financial / Administrative Manager.

This position handles the day to day financial and administrative duties for our Commercial/Industrial Electrical Contracting Company. The ideal applicant will be extremely detail oriented, organized, cool under pressure, be a master at multi-tasking, and have excellent communication and customer service skills. To be considered for this position you must be highly proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and Outlook. This position works closely with the President and Vice President and will interact daily with employees, vendors, and the general public.

Administrative Duties:

· Responsible for all administrative functions including establishment and maintenance of confidential company filing systems, processing incoming and outgoing mail, communicating effectively internally and externally via email and telephone

· Serve as Human Resources liaison for all employees for personnel, payroll, benefits, etc.

Accounting Responsibilities:

· Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date

· Download, enter, review, and verify all transactions in bank, credit card, and other financial accounts

· Process general ledger transactions

· Research, analyze, and document accounting transactions as well as make adjusting entries as needed

· Reconcile accounts to statements

· Process all aspects of A/R, A/P, Payroll, invoicing, and fixed asset accounts

· Process AIA billings

· Process weekly payroll

· Prepare financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually

· Assist in the preparation of business tax returns

· Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end duties including but not limited to tax liabilities and city, state, and federal tax returns

Education Requirement:

Graduation from a college or university with a degree in accounting, business management, or similar is highly desired. Experience may be considered a substitute for this requirement.

Experience Requirements:

· QuickBooks Enterprise: 3 years (Required)

· Bookkeeping: 3 years (Required)

· Construction Industry: 1 year (Required)

· Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)

· QuickBooks Enterprise Contractor Edition: 1 year (Preferred)

· Notary Public (Required)

· General Office

· Accounting, Business, or similar degree (Preferred)

Employment Requirements:

· Valid State Driver’s License

· Reliable Transportation

· Pass Background Check

· Pass Drug Test
