Full-Time Veterinary Reception Position (CSR)
Very busy Veterinary practice in need of full time Receptionist / Customer Service Representative (CSR). We practice a high level of medicine and promote client education as well as excellent client service. We are a fast paced clinic with a friendly and professional environment. Training for all duties are provided on the job. The candidate must have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude.
Job Duties:
Scheduling appointments and procedures
Answering and directing multi-line phone systems
Checking in / out patients
Filing and updating medical records / charts
Receiving and processing payments
Client education
Additional clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
Veterinary and/or reception experience preferred (2+ years)
Must be able to work and be on time for assigned shifts, have reliable transportation, and commit to the schedule
Must be clean and presentable at the start of each shift (no harsh perfumes, body odor etc.)
Be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs without assistance
Ability to work efficiently in stressful / busy situations
Must be flexible and occasionally stay later than scheduled if necessary, including weekends
High school diploma or equivalent

Monday - Friday (w/ rotating weekend shifts)
HOURS: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM
1 hour or 30 min lunch (your choice)
Saturdays:
SATURDAY SHIFT : 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
