POSITION SUMMARY
Repair fiberglass tools which are dimensionally correct and defect free.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Attendance Report to work as scheduled without tardiness, leaving early or absence unless arranged in advance with supervisor.
Perform surface and structural mold/tool repairs and configuration changes on all areas of molds. As required on existing tool without any loss of surface or structural integrity to ensure a defect free mold.
Perform all duties in a safe manner. Follow all safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment as required at all times.
Clean area on a daily basis.
All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School preferred or equivalent job knowledge and experience.
Minimum 5 years experience in fiberglass production.
Minimum 1 year experience in mold building.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints.
Mathematical aptitude to apply math knowledge using fractions, decimal standard and metric measurement.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to move parts that weigh up to 50 lbs.
Repetitive wrist/arm motion for extended periods of time.
Good eyesight required for ability to see fine detail work.
Perform work in awkward positions.
Ability to wear respirator and protective eye wear.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT
Heated, non-air conditioned production environment with exposure to noise, dust and chemicals. Building is one-story with uneven flooring. Work involves the use of chemicals.
