Currently hiring for a Head Chef at our new endeavor, The Huntsman Tavern, in Ellensburg, Washington. A whiskey library and full-service restaurant, we boast a beautiful interior ready for a fine-dining experience. A planned menu consisting of wood-fired rotisserie chicken and steak, fried chicken, entree salads, and prime burgers, the chef must be knowledgable of grilling and executing a high caliber of food. We are actively looking for a chef who is a strong candidate with the experience of running the line. Grilling to perfection is a must!
Our candidate will be highly energetic who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They are team-oriented, understanding how to run an efficient kitchen. Knowledge of food handling practices, inventory and waste reduction is a must.

We are also hiring support staff for BOH, including prep cooks, salad artist, & expediter. And currently looking for knowledgeable whiskey librarian and mixologist.
