We are selling beautiful brand new manufactured homes in Union Gap for under $100,000. This is a great deal for families in Yakima - and we need someone to help us engage with our customers in both English and Spanish. We have lots of inbound leads coming in. We need someone to speak with these potential customers, show them the houses, and answer their questions until they are ready to make a decision to buy a home.
Duties include:
1) Phone communication: Call prospective customers, explain our
offerings, schedule appointments to see the homes
2) Mobile and social media communication: Respond to customers on
Facebook and via message, explain our offerings, schedule appointments
to see the homes
3) In-person communication: Home tours, meeting with customers in the
Meadowlands mobile home park office
Requirements:
+ No experience necessary, but you must be hungry to learn about business and sales
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish
+ Comfortable using email, Facebook, and social media
+ Available 10 to 20 hours per week
Hours:
+ Approximately 10 to 20 hours per week
+ Schedule can be flexible (nights and weekends are OK)
Compensation:
+ $13.50 per hour
+ $1,000 commission for your first home sold
+ $1,500 commission for your second home sold
+ $1,800 commission for your third home sold
+ $2,000 commission for any additional homes sold
Note: Hourly wage of $13.50 per hour is an advance against commissions. If no commissions are earned, then employee keeps all hourly earnings. When commissions are earned, the commission is paid out minus the prior hourly earnings.
