Central Washington University: Director of Planned and Preventative Maintenance - Facilities Management. As a member of the Facilities Management Administrative team, this position directs the operations of routine, planned and preventive facilities maintenance through effective planning, staff development, and delegation. Identifies and establishes preventive maintenance plan(s) for existing and new equipment/vehicles/buildings and systems according to manufacturer, L&I, and university recommendations and applicable standards. Identifies and establishes a quality break and fix program that prioritizes work and communicates progress to the customer. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the delivery of materials and services in an efficient and cost effective manner. The director plays a key role in planning and administering budget and controlling expenditures. Ensures a standard of excellence is maintained for both work processes and outcomes with a strong emphasis on customer service. Supports the vision of senior leadership.
