Coordinate resource planning of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors with scheduler
Maintain market leadership through continuous implementation of state-of-the-art technology as it pertains to the delivery of our services
Coordinate estimates from subcontractors
Order materials required for projects and coordinate delivery to the job site
Maintain effective communication with customers and all involved parties including third-party owners, building engineers, property managers, tenants, etc.
Perform property inspections and complete reports
Other Competencies:
Bi-lingual a plus
At least 3 years of construction experience required
As a Repairs Project Manager, our company will be looking to you for leadership and innovative solutions. This position needs to have a person who loves to inspire people to the task at hand, both Carpenters in house and Sub-Contractors alike. Needs to be able to contribute to their division numbers for the week, month, quarter and year, love to collaborate and be held accountable by the Repairs Division Manager and ultimately grow the division through innovation, efficiency, sales, and awesome customer service. This person also needs to be able to competently bid and execute projects that are 5k to 80k repairs projects as our company handles a lot of mid-range jobs with senior Project Managers often picking up the jobs over 80k.
This job is one we would like to find a courier driven person for. Pay is based on a base salary as well as KPI's that are tied to performance metrics. We also provide complete benefits.
